We lucked out and It was a beautiful sunny day. Hopefully you can't see the girls goosebumps though because it was still cold. Becky fell in love with Swasey Chapel the day of her High School graduation that was held there. It is a gorgeous church (and I graduated there too).
They are a wonderful couple and I had a ton of fun following them around for the day. I have to admit though I have never run back and forth so much in my 10 years of wedding photography. They had a fairly short ceremony, the chapel is long, and the balcony is high. It was a good workout.
So here are a few of their pictures. More to come...

and see the beautiful work of Kay Kenyon. Opening show is from 6-8pm
Artist Kay Kenyon has a love for the natural world and the challenge of watercolor has become a passion that provides inner and spiritual renewal. Welcoming spring and inspired by nature, each painting takes on a life of its own and becomes a balancing act between control and spontaneity.
Kay is an active member of Licking County Arts, SEOWS, and participates in local, regional, invitational and juried exhibits. She has taught adult and children’s classes, including 4 summers as an educator for The Work’s Kids Art Camp. Her motivation is to create pleasing artwork and also inspire others to support the many artists’ venues in the community.
Her work will be exhibited through May 23rd at Argyle Gallery 36 South 3rd Street in Downtown Newark.
Julie was a great senior model, who is actually an aspiring model. As you can see she is a natural. Her pictures are a great example of the modern urban style I love so much for seniors. Our studio in Downtown Newark is the perfect spot for you to do your Senior Pictures.
Thank you so much for such wonderful pictures! We had fun! We will be back in June for more pictures (without snow). You are very professional and I am going to HIGHLY recommend you to Kate's friends.

Now that the Holidays are over our Gallery is open again.
Please join us. We've missed you. And lets face it, you have cabin fever don't you!
“refleXions” original art by Jurgen Pape
Buildings often appear rigid and sterile when their third-dimensional reality is squeezed into a two-dimensional format: The sequential pleasure of walking through a city is compromised. People intuitively sense good architecture but often psychologically tune out ephemeral reflections while focusing on the buildings facing them. Jurgen Pape uses his architectural and planning background to bring back this lost dimension in his “refleXions” which recapture that constantly changing tense and fluid juxtaposition of buildings.
One building’s engineered precision plays against the implied essence of surrounding urban spaces, out of sight but not out of mind. Jurgen’s “refleXions” recreate the architectural enclosure and place the viewer magically back in the center.
