Aside from missing Kay's half of the family, a puking child is never any fun in a photo, it was a beautiful day for a family portrait session. The children are gorgeous and so WELL BEHAVED! Kay's side of the family will come another day to get their portrait added to the wall. There is always a way to fix anything.
Here are a few of my favorite shots. Thanks for a great evening Barton Family

We lucked out and It was a beautiful sunny day. Hopefully you can't see the girls goosebumps though because it was still cold. Becky fell in love with Swasey Chapel the day of her High School graduation that was held there. It is a gorgeous church (and I graduated there too).
They are a wonderful couple and I had a ton of fun following them around for the day. I have to admit though I have never run back and forth so much in my 10 years of wedding photography. They had a fairly short ceremony, the chapel is long, and the balcony is high. It was a good workout.
So here are a few of their pictures. More to come...
and see the beautiful work of Kay Kenyon. Opening show is from 6-8pm
Artist Kay Kenyon has a love for the natural world and the challenge of watercolor has become a passion that provides inner and spiritual renewal. Welcoming spring and inspired by nature, each painting takes on a life of its own and becomes a balancing act between control and spontaneity.
Kay is an active member of Licking County Arts, SEOWS, and participates in local, regional, invitational and juried exhibits. She has taught adult and children’s classes, including 4 summers as an educator for The Work’s Kids Art Camp. Her motivation is to create pleasing artwork and also inspire others to support the many artists’ venues in the community.
Her work will be exhibited through May 23rd at Argyle Gallery 36 South 3rd Street in Downtown Newark.
